The AS submersible pumps are robust wastewater pumps. Due to their structure and materials, these pumps are extremely suitable for heavy duty applications. For example, the pump and engine housing are made of cast iron and the pump is fitted with a double mechanical shaft seal. The galvanised suction grid ensures that no particles enter the pump that are larger than the pump can handle. The holes in the suction grid have a diameter of 6 mm and this is therefore the maximum passage of the pump.

The AS submersible pumps are available with float, AS-400A, and without float, AS-400. The AS submersible pumps can also be supplied as a submersible set. The submersible set consists of a pump (with or without float), convenient transport / storage box and a 20-metre hose including Camlock quick coupling.

technical specifications

Because of the design, a maximum capacity of 280 l/min (16.8 m3/h) and a maximum head of approx. 11 mwc, these pumps are suitable for draining construction pits and pumping up surface water.

The AS submersible pumps, if fully submerged, are suitable for continuous use and can pump liquids up to 40 °C.

application areas

Due to the construction and chosen materials, these pumps are extremely suitable for use in harsh operating conditions. For example, the pump and motor housing are made of cast iron and the pump is equipped with a double mechanical shaft seal.
